The nice things about being an Art student

  1. You can walk around campus wearing the strangest things (Student 1: “Dude, what’s up with that chick in the weird fur hat?” Student 2: “She’s an art major.” Student 1: “Ohhhhhhhhhhh.”)
  2. In gen ed classes you get to be the token artistic. All artsy topics are automatically directed at you.
  3. Drawing in class is acceptable.
  4. General flamboyance is also acceptable
  5. “I was hit with inspiration” is an excused absence.
